Privacy Policy
01What we collect
The Contrarian keeps the minimum it needs to run. It does not read your messages, and it never sees card details, trading accounts or balances.

03How long we keep it
Server settings are kept while the bot is in your server; license and membership records are kept while the plan exists and for a reasonable period afterwards for billing and dispute purposes. Alert history rolls off automatically (roughly the most recent 300 alerts). Daily backups of the bot's data are kept privately by the operator so a hosting failure doesn't wipe everyone's settings.
04Your choices
You can remove the bot from your server, pause personal DMs with /personal_pause, or clear your browser's site data to remove the referral code. To see or delete what's stored about your server or your account, run /request_help or ask in the official Discord, and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; the same contact works for those.
05Age
The Contrarian is not intended for anyone under 18, and plans may only be bought by adults. Discord's own minimum age also applies.
06Security
Data is stored with our hosting provider and access is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we store to a minimum, and nothing we hold would give anyone access to your money or accounts.
07Changes
We'll update this policy when what we collect changes; the date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be announced in the official Discord.
